You provide:

• Medical claim file reviews, drawing on clinical experience and knowledge
• Assessment of functional capacity relating to work capacity and evaluate medical information present in a disability claim file, including any opined restrictions and limitations (no direct patient contact)
• Collaboration with attending physicians as needed
• Formulation of rationale and conclusions within a succinct, appropriately detailed written report
