 How do I obtain my booth number?

Approximately two to three weeks before the meeting, sponsors (Copper and above) will receive a copy of the floor plan layout and have the opportunity to provide us with their top booth choices. We will then complete all the sponsor and exhibitor assignments and everyone will be emailed upon completion. We have made arrangements with our convention services providers to take your shipments and materials under your company name and match them with your booth on site, just as they would if you had a booth number. In an effort to provide you with the best service we can, we do not like to create static floor plans in advance of the meeting and then simply fill in the spaces. We prefer to wait until we have all our exhibitors confirmed so we can create a floor plan based on how many of you there are so that we have the best opportunity possible to make sure you receive the exposure you deserve.

 How do I provide names of the representatives working my booth?

Two to three weeks prior to the meeting, you will receive an email from us requesting the names of your representatives. We wait to collect names until this time because we know that many representatives are busy and their schedules are constantly changing. Waiting until we are close to the meeting allows us to minimize changes on site, as well as alleviating you from having to remember to notify us of changes.

 What furniture/electrical is included in my exhibit fee?

Your exhibit fee provides you with your 8x10' pipe & drape booth, 6 foot covered display table, 2 padded chairs, and a wastebasket.

If you have electrical needs, you can order this service through the exhibit kit once it is available.

 What are the exhibit hours?

Setup will be on Monday, December 11, 2017 from noon-5pm. The exhibit hall is featured in our Welcome Reception on Monday evening through approx. noon on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at which breakdown begins. Exact break times and exhibit hours will be available approximately 3-4 months before the meeting.

Transportation and Airline Information
The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is located approximately 25 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX).  For the most economical transfer, $24 round-trip shuttle service is available by calling Super Shuttle at (800) BLUE VAN (258-3826) or book online here. Limo Service is available by calling American Limo & Sedan (602) 788-9193.
